Returning an item

To return an item, please contact us at support@painfultouch.com in advance of returning the item.

  • You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) to us.
  • All items must be unopened, unused, and with tags if such.
  • In the case of a defected item, please provide us with information about the problem before returning the item. This could be a photo and/or written information.

As soon as we have received the product(s) back, we will refund your initial purchase in full including the shipping cost. If you are returning say one out of three products, we will refund the product plus one-third of the initial shipping cost. We will always return your payment to the original payment source.

Please note: in most cases, we do not refund the shipping cost of you returning the item(s) to our storage. Please contact us in advance of returning an item for additional information.

Return shipments can be sent or delivered personally to any of our two warehouses (Denmark or Ukraine). For personal delivery, please contact us in advance for opening hours.

Package was returned to sender

When a package is returned due to a postal or shipping error, we have few variants of resolution.

  • We reship the item, and depending on the reason of the package being returned, you may be requested to pay reshipment cost. Please verify the correct address before taking this step.
  • Issue a refund through the yours original payment method.
