I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Make photo of what you got and send us to support@painfultouch.com. We have few variants to resolve this issue.

Can i make a custom order?

 Yes, but only for harness, collars, cuffs, keychains and masks email us to support@painfultouch.com

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Standard delivery time for Ukrposhta is from 7-21 days, the terms may increase from the weather or the workload of holidays.
